物理精煉是將毛油經脫膠、脫酸、脫色和脫臭等工序除去毛油中非甘油酯成

分工藝過程。其中，脫酸是油脂精煉重要工序之一，是除去毛油中游離脂肪酸，

并同時除去部分色素、磷脂、烴類和粘液質等雜質及如生育酚、甾醇、甾醇酯等

有益成分。物理脫酸是在高真空條件下，用蒸汽通入油脂讓蒸汽攜帶除去酸價，

不皂化物、氣味物質一種方法。與化學脫酸相比，該法無腳產生，因此油耗低

油品質量高，且操作簡單，需要蒸汽水和動力少，需要**低，一些熱敏性色

素(類胡蘿卜素)和臭味物質也隨蒸汽汽提除去。同堿煉脫酸相比，物理脫酸具有

產量大、無皂腳產生、及溢流物量降低、減少污染環境等優點

Physical refining is the process of removing non-glyceride ester componenls in crude oil through

degumming, deacidification, decolorization and deodorization. Among them, deacidification is one of the

important processes of oil refining, which is to remove free fatty acids in crude oll, and at the same time

remove some pigments, phospholipids, hydrocarbons and mucilage and other impurities and beneficial

components such as tocopherols, sterols, slerol esters and other benelicial components. Physical

deacidification is a method of using steam to pass grease into the oil under high vacuum conditions to

remove acid value, unsaponifiable substances and odor substances. Compared with chemical

deacidification, this method has no soap feet, so the fuel consumption is low, the oil quality is high, and the

operation is simple, the need for steam water and power is less, the need for low investment, some heal-

sensitive pigments (carotenoids) and odorous substances are also removed with steam stripping.

Compared with alkall refining and deacidificalion, physical deacidification has the advantages of large

outout, no soap foot production, reduced overflow volume, and reduced anvironmenta pollution.
