動(dòng)物油熬煉就是從動(dòng)物脂肪組織中提取油脂的過程。原理涉及脂肪的熔點(diǎn)和加熱后的物理變化,比如脂肪細(xì)胞破裂,油脂分離。流程包括原料預(yù)處理、加熱熬煉、分離雜質(zhì)、精煉等步驟。工藝有干法和濕法熬煉,或者分不同的動(dòng)物種類,比如牛油、豬油的不同處理方法。原料方面,各種動(dòng)物的脂肪組織,比如豬板油、牛脂肪、羊油等等,還有不同部位的脂肪,比如內(nèi)臟周圍的脂肪和皮下脂肪的區(qū)別,熬煉后分為“精煉食用級(jí)”“**寵物飼料級(jí)”“普通飼料級(jí)”
